Abstract

The article deals with theoretical and methodological issues. The concepts of «psychological health», «psychological health of the teacher» are clarified, taking into account the individual characteristics of the subjects. The works of foreign and Kazakhstani psychologists were analyzed. The author's methodology «Diagnostic (screening) method «Puzzle test to determine the level of mental health» was used for teachers of secondary schools. The results of the study of 5 markers in the focus group «Teachers» are presented and described.

The aim of the study was to determine the level of psychological health of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the occurrence of various types of network aggression in the educational environment. Questions about the interdependence of indicators of the level of psychological health of teachers and students allowed us to formulate the purpose of psychological and pedagogical research. To achieve the goals and objectives of the study, express diagnostics was developed to reveal the presence of a hidden relationship between the degree of severity of markers of psychological health of teachers and between other focus groups. In addition, the research team analyzed a number of initiative studies of scientists from different countries during the study. Thus, during the COVID-19 pandemic, a study was conducted on the psychological health and quality of life of teachers, as well as interviews were obtained. The content of the puzzle test questions for determining the level of psychological health is based on the main aspects of E. I. Goleman's theory of emotional intelligence and K. Jung's concept of self-consciousness. The results of the study were processed using MS Excel, Statistica/R programs and the proposed express diagnostics on Google Cloud Platform using the Google Forms client-server application. Based on the results of processing empirical data, a stable relationship of markers of psychological health of teachers was identified and confirmed.
