Guide for authors
Articles are submitted in electronic format in English through the website of the journal "Pedagogy and Psychology" (link https://journal-pedpsy.kaznpu.kz/index.php/ped). The name of the author (if there are co-authors - the surname of the first author) is indicated in the file name. For this purpose it is necessary to register on the site (link https://journal-pedpsy.kaznpu.kz/index.php/ped/user/register), or log in to an active account through the "login" button. One author (including co-authors) can submit an article no more than twice a year.
Articles are uploaded by the author in the following formats:
- MS Word - full article;
- MS Word without indication of the author's name, co-authors - for reviewing;
- PDF - for anti-plagiarism system.

Font - Times New Roman, font size - 12, alignment - to the width of the text, single spacing, paragraph - 1 cm, margins: top and bottom - 2 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 1 cm.
Tables, diagrams and figures should be provided in editable format. The number of tables and figures should not exceed 20% of the total volume of the submitted article. Font - Times New Roman, font size - 10. The design of tables and figures can be found in the sample article.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE DESIGN OF ARTICLES
IRSTI (Interstate rubricator of scientific and technical information), code 14: Public Education. PEDAGOGY
Full name of authors, place of work (study), city, country in the centre (lowercase letters in italics); (Corresponding author should be marked with *)
Title of the article (7-12 words), capital letters, in the centre
Abstract of not less than 100 and not more than 300 words
Key words/word combinations (5-7 words)
Introduction (justification of the topic, purpose and hypothesis (research question) of the study)
Materials and methods (research design, data collection and methods of analysis)
Results (main findings of the study without their interpretation)
Discussion (interpretation of the results, discussion of their significance, limitations of the study and possible directions for future research)
Conclusion (summarising the results of the study)
The list of used sources is formatted according to the standard
APA 7 Style (http://www.apastyle.org/ in alphabetical order. The list of references should contain not less than 15 and not more than 40 sources, of which more than 50% - sources for the last 3-5 years, including at least 2 sources from the database Scopus (percentile not less than 75) and Web of Science (not less than 1 and 2 quartiles - Q1-Q2).
In case of presence in the reference list of works presented in Cyrillic, it is necessary to perform a romanised reference list (for transliteration use http://www.translit.ru).
The volume of the article (excluding IRSTI, title, information about authors, abstract and keywords) should be not less than 2100 and not more than 5000 words.
The maximum number of authors is 6.
