Didactic justification of dual education in Germany and Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article discusses the introduction of elements of dual education in the process of professional training of future teachers. The didactic justification of dual education in Germany and Kazakhstan is presented here. In it, in the regulatory documents on the regulation of vocational education in Germany, three types of Provisions on the organization of vocational education are mainly identified, the curriculum of the main state document defining the content of training in the relevant discipline in the system of vocational education in Kazakhstan is analyzed.

             Methods, means and forms of organization of the pedagogical process in the system of vocational education in Kazakhstan and Germany are also considered. Summing up, it should be noted that the law on vocational education and the normative educational and methodological documents of the future specialist, compiled on the basis of the state educational standard in accordance with the professional standard, contain the charter, rules for the organization of vocational education at work, functions, methods, pedagogical means, forms of training and determine the order of interaction" educational institution-production-coordination organizations", subject-subject relations, clearly coordinated among themselves, approved decisions, adopted resolutions.
