This article considers the formation of biological knowledge through the use of project technology, which has proven itself as one of the most productive and effective teaching methods. At the same time, project activity  contributes to the motivation of students to acquire knowledge in Biology, the desire to get results, the formation of the ability to select the necessary tools to achieve results in a certain activity.

One of the primary tasks of a teacher of Biology is to create conditions for the project activity of students and its organization in order to develop biological understanding and education. This is important for both urban and rural schools. Every student needs an education that is based on the experience of independent practical activity.
