Development of creative activity of younger schoolchildren in a small school

Abstract

This article discusses the main problems of the development of creative activity of younger schoolchildren
in a small school. Currently, the development of creative activity of students in a small school in the country is
an urgent task of the education system. In this regard, today we need people who are able to make non-standard
decisions, who are able to think creatively. Such needs are supposed to be systematically implemented in the
educational process of small schools. Creative activity is defined as a pedagogical category: dynamic integrative
quality of personality; a special type of activity having a creative character; as a processinvolving the development
of motivational, intellectual, emotional, volitional spheres of personality; behavioral characteristics. The concept
of “creative activity” is given a separate author’s definition and describes its relationship with the concepts of
activity, thinking, abilities, essence and content.
