The article discusses the importance and specificity of the social educator's discourse in working with parents. The purpose of this article is to deeply analyze and understand the social educator's discourse during communication with parents. The importance of cooperation between family and school is increasing to ensure the harmonious development of children. Effective interaction with parents helps to create a suitable emotional atmosphere for children, which directly affects their psychological well-being. Social educators play a key role in building trusting relationships between educational institutions and families. The article discusses the importance of a social educator as a mediator between an educational institution and a family, the most effective communication methods that contribute to strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation with parents. The study of the social educator's discourse in working with parents is an important and relevant area that helps improve the quality of education and support the family in the context of modern social reality.

A review of scientific sources and publications on the topic of interaction between social educators and parents was conducted, and theoretical and empirical studies were carried out. Interviews were conducted with social workers and parents to obtain in-depth and qualitative data on their experience and perception. The study of specific cases of successful interaction between social educators and parents made it possible to identify effective practices and methods. Official documents, meeting minutes, and correspondence between social educators and parents were studied to understand the formal structure and content of the discourse. Direct observation of the interaction process between social educators and parents in a real situation was conducted in order to obtain objective data on communication and work methods. Using these methods, discursive characteristics and genres of discourse of a social educator in working with parents were identified, and proposals for its improvement were developed.
