The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using crowdsourcing technology as a predictor of transfessional competencies in future specialists, since university graduates in modern realities need to have a universal professional qualification. In pedagogical science, there is practically no empirical research and theoretical knowledge about the structure of crowdsourcing technology. Therefore, the aim of the study was to identify the main stages and mechanisms for the effective use of crowdsourcing technology as a predictor of transfessional competencies in future specialists. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, expert evaluation of examples of successful use of crowdsourcing in international practice. As a result, five main stages of using crowdsourcing technology to predict transfessional competencies in future specialists were identified and systematized: the organizational stage, the stage of attracting the target audience, the generation of ideas, the filtering of ideas, and the voting stage.
