The global COVID-19 pandemic has brought new conditions to modern higher education. If earlier distance education systems were developed extremely little and were used only in exceptional cases, then in the era of the global pandemic they began to be used and implemented everywhere. However, after the initial shock of the introduction of global restrictive measures, which more affected the education system and the mobility of students and teachers, the pandemic betrayed new methods of education was given an additional incentive. Although the system of higher and post-university education has been prepared for the new conditions of education, there have been significant changes both in the teaching methods themselves and in the attitude of the world community to the education system as a whole.
