SYNDROME OF EMOTIONAL BURN OUT IN THE PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF HIGHER SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the features of professional burnout of teachers at the university.

The authors also reveal the issues of self-actualization, values, life-meaning orientations and aspects of self-attitude of teachers with different levels of severity of aspects, phases and symptoms of burnout; consider the motivational component in the teaching profession.

The article provides a theoretical and empirical analysis of the problem of the relationship between motivation and professional burnout of university teachers. The main causes of this syndrome, problems, in terms of online education are shown.

The authors substantiated scientific approaches to the disclosure of the concepts of "professional motivation" and "emotional (professional) burnout". Shown are psychodiagnostics techniques and the results of a study aimed at determining the level of influence of professional motivation of teachers on the syndrome of emotional burnout. Examples of prevention of burnout syndrome are given.
