This article analyzed the system for assessing the special educational needs of children in foreign countries
and in Kazakhstan. The main goal of our work is to find out how the system of inclusive education differs from
foreign countries, how applicable their methods are in the education system, which can be used in Kazakhstan.
At the same time, the following conditions were analyzed in the article: the procedures for assessing the special
educational needs of students studying in an inclusive environment in Germany, the USA, Australia, the system
of inclusive education and the requirements for specialists assessing students with special educational needs.
Based on this information, an analysis was made of the experience of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. As a
result of considering the difference between the education systems of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, it was
proposed to introduce some methods into the education system of Kazakhstan
