Published 03-2022
Abstract

The article deals with the historical and pedagogical aspects of socialization and
education of the individual during the Kazakh Khanstav. The author focused on historical
sources and analyzed through their prism the processes of socialization and education of a person
in Steppe society. The article raises management issues. The key idea in the study is that the
great steppe has been creating a kind of management structure for thousands of years in order to
preserve the people, the land, and raise strong offspring. All management regulations were
subject to certain rules, laws and legal norms. This is evidenced by the surviving documentary
sources created during the administration of Genghis Khan and the Kazakh Khanate. Following
them, the younger generation developed and integrated with the surrounding world. The basis of
the retrospective analysis was made up of documentary sources: "Kasymkhannyn Kaska zholy -
The Bright path of Kasym Khan". "Yesimkhannyn Eski zholy-The righteous path of Yesim
Khan", "Zheti Zhargy"Tauke Khan" - The Code Of Laws of Tauke Khan.
